Different authors depicted the Scythians in different ways. Some painted them like the Slavs, others like the Iranians, and still others like the Caucasians. Depending on their habitat, they dressed differently.

It seems you have transferred the animations totally wrong.
This model also does not work properly in-game as some geosets pop up when the model is decaying. This is a huge bug. You need to fix it.
