This is fascinating... I'm not sure what to think. Your mesh-work on that armor & such is great, and the extra animations (while a tiny bit robotic) are neat & very 'samurai'ish.

I'm always right principle of one hit-one death. Samurai have always been ready to die, I would not stand such stress. Portrait will come later.

A nice idea, but the execution is pretty bad. Please fix the following mayor and minor issues:
- Some animations are twitchy at the end of their respective keyframes, while others look very wooden and stiff.
- There are holes in the model. The legs and the neck part need lots of work.
- Some parts of the lower armour are clipping through the legs.
- There are some unneeded helpers that can reduce the file size a bit.

I personally find it very serviceable, just removed stand ready 2 and spell throw, the rest of the animations are ok, i only wish it had some team color besides the hero glow
