[REQ .(tga)Targa] ScreenPicture

SO, i want a picture too pop op on the screen when im writing a command, and the trigger has been created, the only problem is that everytime my screenpicture pops op, the background isnt transparent, its blue >.>
I only want the picture too pop up, without the blue background.

Im using .tga, which usually works for meh but just not now..
Anyone who knows about this problem?
Anyone who can help meh?

Well i did create an alpha channel .tga 32 bits.
Still didnt work >.>
