Pre-Build Transparent Image?

Ok, so you know how when you're about to build something and a kinda transparent version of that model appears where you move the mouse? I have a custom building with the Blue Dragon Nest model, and it's scaling is .6. However, the pre-build thing shows it as being huge! Any help? Thanks in advance.
