I know you're young and English is probably not even your second language, Sigelang, but you seriously need to consider your choice of words more closely. Civil people don't
"boss" others around, they give advice, and when you give advice you don't tell someone what they "have" to do, you tell them what you think they "should" do.
- English isn't my first language either.

I'm saying this, now, because this isn't the first time I notice it.

Anyway, direct and rude though his reply might seem, Sigelang still have some points.
You might want to consider telling what the project is about, provide some screenshots, work out some details about what exactly it is that you want help improving, such as
not just saying "need help with terrain" but more like "I want a nicely detailed terrain in the form of an elvish forest with trudged forest paths..." Etc, etc, etc...

People aren't going to jump to your rescue just because you want them to, there's no superheroes around here. We normal folk like knowing what we're helping with, and we
like knowing there'll be something for it. The more you can convince us that we should help you, the more likely it is that you'll get help.

My map needs raising and lowering in more location (I am not so good with that). Also it needs fog effect. My map is approved but I am trying to improve it but to do so I need help from someone who can do better terrain then I do
"Terrain needs work, it looks very monotone, in your current map version making I hope you can make up a better terrain by adding doodads, fog effects and more."

Honestly, terrain is probably the easiest aspect of modding to learn. Obviously it isn't easy to master (like anything), but it's not hard to get to an acceptable level in order to make terrains for maps. We can give you help if you help if you continue to post pictures.

Other than that, you're going to have to find someone willing to help you. I can't unfortunately (I'm also not the best choice).

Probably, It will be not so easy to find someone willing to help. Can someone me link to template maps with ready terrain for Cemetery, Demon Land and Forest Scheme. Then I might try my strength to improve my terrain

Actually, I wouldn't say this terrain looks too awful, just fairly boring, is all.
As Gilles said, if you're willing to do the work yourself, then we're mostly willing
to give advice and pointers on how to improve.

First thing I would address, if you want something like the terrain you linked, is looking up better doodad models. Some of the models used in that screenshot can be found here.
Other than that, here's a good map for tiles if you want custom tiles, and you can otherwise find several useful maps and links at the bottom of this thread.

In terms of ACTUAL terraining, I'd say the first thing you should start working with is tile-variation, don't just use one single tile over a wide expanse of exposed ground, but mix them up for a more randomly natural seeming environment. Good tile-work goes a long way to make a map look better.
