Need help with moving abilities

Hi there all, i need some help :roll: , i need to move all my abilities from one of my maps (around 100 abilities maybe) to a another map, and i were woundering if there was a way to copy them without switching map all the time and copy 1 spell at a time... plz

Export ability data from your map via Object Editor and import it [also via Object Editor] to your new map.
