Why do this trigger not work

• Upgrade Alliance Weapon
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit Acquires an item
  • Conditions
    • (Item-type of (Item being manipulated)) Equal to Coral Blades
  • Actions
    • Player - Set the current research level of Attack to ((Current research level of Attack for Player 11 (Dark Green)) + 1) for Player 11 (Dark Green)
