Model is playing both "alternate" and standard animations

I'm not sure if this issue will end up being something related to the set up of my unit in the World Editor or if I have incorrectly correctly created my model. If it's the former, I apologize for putting this in the wrong forum! I have a model with a set of alternate animations. While everything displays fine in Magos and the World Editor, in-game the model jumps between playing "Stand -1" and "Stand -1 Alternate" every couple seconds. What dictates which animation will play and how can I make it play just the standard animations (the animations without "alternate" in their name)?
