MDLVIS Error - Cannot open

Hi guys, I encountered a problem opening MDLVIS on my newly repaired computer.
When i'm trying to open it, it says "The application has failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). I can open it before, but now not. Any clue how to fix this?
And don't recommend me to use Vertex Modifier, buggy tool and can cause models to crash.

I suggest either using google and trying out the techniques other people posted or going on a tech forum and posting it there. It isn't a problem with MDLVIS, it is a computer problem. (usually occurs after updates)

Many people suggest either reinstalling Windows or upgrading. Are you using Windows XP? If so:

Or if you use a different OS, you can try repairing for that.

Yes, i'm using windows XP, and it occurs after i
repaired my comp.
I'll try reinstalling Windows XP, thanks!
EDIT: Great, now the cd is missing.
Many people told me to download windows XP Service Pack, some said download good registry cleaner. Which one will works best?

is mdlvis in your wc3 folder??

No, i'm using the standalone MDLVIS (That can be placed anywhere) and it works good before.
Now i'm reinstalling windows XP.
