map disconecting players on LAN

hey everybody.

i am almost finishing a "FPS" map based on World of Warcraft Hunters shooting and so i decided to test it on LAN with my brother.
i have different versions of my map (backup stuff) thank god i did that.
the only verion that we can play together is the first playable version, but the difference from this version to the last one is very big.
whehn i try to play the last version with him on LAN, he ALLWAYS gets disconected from the game at the beggining.

the following occurs.

Enter game after loading.
after 0.5 seconds the character appears.
after more 0.5 seconds he gets disconected

i checked my triggers if i had any trigger with an event to activae at 0.5sec elapsed or periodic, but no.

GaDDeN is a friend of mine and helped me check this. he told what may be causing the problem but that didnt fixed it... (thanks anyway GaDDeN)

anyone have any ideas what may be causing it?
