I don't think its your fault, but something about the textures of those models just looks odd, like the lighting doesn't really work well on it or something...

What models did you use since its just normal Wc3 ones?

Don't know what about textures, in we all looks ok. Yes, this is standart wc3 models.

Pointless =\ It's dead-end branch of terraining, believe me. You can do much faster, simpler and better-looking with import. Doing it with standard decorations jsut for the sake of it being made of standard decorations... Pointless, truly.
