JNGP works with the new patch, you just can't run wc3err.
So just disable that and you're fine.

wc3err is basically a debug mod for wc3. You don't need to manually disable it.

It doesn't work with the new patch. That's the whole reason why you need to overwrite the "new" we.exe with the 1.21b we.exe.
