Is there a way to add hero stats into a trigger?

Hello,

I haven't been able to find this. I want to have an attack do a fraction of a stat damage. eg. agility/2 damage.

Is there a way?

There is Hero - Stats. You can get strength/agility/intelligence from that. Eventually you must convert integer2real first.
