I tried to help but for some reason Ninja (headhunter) always gives errors on import although I set up the right paths. Quite strange because noone told it in a model discussion. I attached the model to an orc shaman hero.

Dis you set the paths like this?

Textures path : Units\Creeps\Ninja\Ninja.blp

Portrait/model path: Units\Creeps\Ninja\Ninja.mdx

This is how I did it.

It's a magic wtf.

This is how I have it (and it's not working):

This is how it's made in theWarhunter's map and it IS working:

What the hell? I've got a similar problem with other models before.

Can you look into my map and tell me what's wrong?

[EDIT]
Oh my stupid me.

I had a space after ".blp" so it was ".blp " and not recognized as a texture. I saw it comparing the two examples above and "type" of ninja.blp in his case is "image ..." and in my case it says "misc" (прочие in russian).
Now I'm going to my map to look for previously unworking models, I must have done a similar stupid mistake T_T.
