icons again

I have figured out how to use the skins and models on your site, but i still cant sort out the icons. i used successfully some of the wow herb icons on items but cant get for example the ninja icon to work on the ninja model(nice work republicola) i coudnt get the tinker icon to work but the one i downloaded from wwwcampaigncreations.org worked but not the disabled.same for the masked shadow hunter.
what am i doing wrong. ps i have read the faq and the tutourial.
