I am new to icon making, and I have the following problems:

I)The icon just won't work in Blp format, it appears invisible, but there's an image in war3image viewer II
II)I can't save my icon in Tga with alpha channel enabled, the check box is disabled, I used Photoshop cs3. But when I open other people's icon and save it again, the box is enabled, so, it is very irritating that every time i have to used other people's icon to start my own new icon

Can anyone help me with this?

I'm not quite sure as i uses cs4. After you save it as .tga, does a window pop out asking saving it in how many bit? 32-bit is required for the icon to work.

I thought the world edit helper says 24bit..
I saved it in 24bit...><

Use Button Manager. It will add an alpha channel automatically, and it will probably fix up your invisible problem. Download from the Hive's tools section.
