Anyway.
Anyone who wants to make a campaign i have like a storyline.
You live in a small town isolated from everything.
Therefore the big citys have evolved massively.
One very industrial and powerful ruled by a tyrant wanting land
Other less in number but better in equiptment (maybe have better resources) and also ruled by a tyrant and wants land.
Also the small town is getting attacked by the two citys.
Town's armed forces are weak since they have primitive weapons but ther big citys have tanks (probably steam-punk type stuff) etc.
The town needs more recruits and you choose to join and you become a soldier.
You get starter stuff and real fighting begins (and going outside of town)
Later you have a choice and you either

- Become on one of the teams
- Keep fighting for your town
- Stop the fighting (you pansy!)
- Abandon town and make a clan who kills everyone (meaning you become a bandit kind of thing)
- free roam and get best stuff and kill everyone by yourself.
- Etc.
