For the "I dont want arrow pointing at anything either" problem can be fixed by:
Scroll to these fields and modify it:
Art - Caster
Art - Target

Modify both of these values to NONE model
How to set it to NONE model?
Go the field, hold Shift and press Double click and then type "_" in the field

How do i set a shop to only sell to one unit-type?
You could make the unit an ancient or so, and then set the targets of the select unit ability to ancients only.
Or you trigger it some way (this is more flexible):
When a matching unit comes close to the shop (Unit enters region / Unit within range of unit), you change the owner of the shop to the owner of the unit.
Then you can either set the targets of the Select Unit ability to player units, or remove the select unit ability completely from the shop, and move the items with another trigger into the inventory of your unit after the shop sold them.
