I heard it could be removed by setting unit's selection scale to "-1" but it would instantly changed 0.10.Unit would be still selectable and usable and show HP bar only when you place cursor on it.
The_Blood's method is correct, but another way you can do it is by going, File --> Preferences --> Then Tick the box in general stating "Allow negative real values in the Object Editor"
