Go to geoset animation manager create new geoset animation and check animated under alpha.
Set the alpha for visible as 1 and invisible as 0 based on when you want it to be visible and when not. Eg:
33: 1
300: 0
800: 0
1033: 1
That makes the geoset invisible through frames 300~800 and visible during the rest of the frames. (assuming you have only one sequence that lasts from #33 to #1033)
Ofc under misc assign the proper geoset id to it.
