How do you post screenshots?

I'm trying to figure out how to post screenshots in a nice way on my project's post, and I just cant figure it out.

How do you place thumbnails and then have the nice bordered window come up?

It would be greatly, greatly appreciated , I've been struggling with this for a while, and couldn't find a tutorial or anything on this.

when quick replying take "go advanced" and then when it opens the page lower that page at additional options.. u will see attach files. that is to put files out here like.. screenshots xD

mini-pictures... aren't called thumbnails?
