Another thing you could do is to reduce the filesize via linearizing the animations. You can do this in MDLVis > Optimize

The profit of that feature is of course to reduce a model's filesize significantly... but it literally makes everything linear... alpha... particle emitter, ribbon emitter... and you have to set it back to 'none'.
