Help with Traveling, flight paths ect

I would like to have a sysytem in my rpg that goes a little like this:

You are in crute, You head to Crutes flightmaster and purchase A Flight to Darkwood, Now your watching a Bird (probly a giphon) fly to DarkWood, once the gryphon arives your hero appears next to darkwoods flightpath instructer, who will be able to sell you A flight back if needed.

Hopefuly that made sence if it didnt then think of WoW lol, if any one can trigger this for me or Show me how it would be really helpful to me

umm you could basicly move the unit, attach it to a gryphon and fly away with a camera?

That would be the idea, but I wouldnt know where to begin on the triggers
