Help with subscribtions!!

Yo, everybody!

I was offline for 3 hours and when i went online again i had 214 emails from thw in my inbox and they keep coming every 5 seconds or something!!

Heeeeelp! Btw, i dont have any subscripted threads but they keep comin!

[EDIT] I've blocked all emails from thw and it stopped now, but thats not what i want..

All you have to do is unsuscribe from the threads which you do im pretty sure in your user CP

I deleted all your subscriptions.

Oh and by the way. In your user settings you can set it so you don't receive emails about subscriptions.

Maybe it's that linkback bug Pyritie mentioned? Did you VM or PM him?

Seal and ralle, i didnt have any subscribtions, allready deleted them
Reaper, yea that could probably be the problem. Havent sent a pm or vm but i think i have solved it. Seems like the 'spam' is stopped.

I am really annoyed about the linkback thing.
Why would you ever want to receive an email when somebody links to your thread?

I could possible imagine a few situations, for a few threads. Resources that you don't want people using on other sites, or without your consent maybe.

But it'd be reallly, really strange.

Is there even the option to get emails for visitor messages? Or any of the other new "Notification" things?

Why they would even bother with emails for these things is beyond me. This is the kind of reason that I hadn't bothered doing anything with linkbacks except for the few that I had come across. I didn't know what would happen. xD

Well now we know
