having problems importing some models pandaren and bamboo

topic says it all can someone help please ive read tutorial ive imported other models its just the pandaren shodo pan and the bamboo that just dont want to work

Pandaren: Go to the page where you downloaded. READ the ENTIRE page, except the comments

Bamboo: You musn't have imported them properly or something. Don't import the ribbonblur file. Make sure the skins are at textures\ and not textures/. That one has caught me out heaps
