Dryad Skin Issues

I'm skinning the dryad to be a male (lol), or a "younger" Keeper of the Grove, and it's not working out so well.

As far as I can tell, the skinning was done properly. But the weird thing is, the only thing that shows up as different is the dryad's face. So basically I have a night elf hermaphrodite centaur unit here.

What could have gone wrong? Why is the program only reading a section of the .BLP file?

You will need to import the skin twice in the following directories, otherwise it won't work.
Textures/Dryad.blp
Units/NightElf/Dryad/Dryad.blp
