I can do some painting :p But not importing it to wc3 again and getting it working
Ah, well it's about time you learned  (if you want to that is)
Have you tried reading the tutorial i made (there are some things missing in it however, but nothing special)

Anyway, you can always post questions and we'll answer (it's actually quite easy to make it work in the WE)

Ok, lets say I wan't to skin the ''Paladin'' I know how to paint, But how do I get it in the wc3 working ?

Well first you must extract the skin from the MPQ, and then save the skin as a .TGA file, then you go and edit the skin and when you're done you save it (still as a .TGA file) then you open up the Wc3viewer and convert it into a .BLP file.

Then import the skin into the World Editor, and adjust the path.
You can see the path name of the skin in the Wc3viewer (though it's usually what the path is for the unit in the model default preview inside the world editor)

What program are you using btw?

I know how to skin, but i'm not very good at it. Never really been very skilled in Photoshop, although some of the skinning I did in Halo was alright... If you want to see any samples of that then you can check out these:

http://pigswillpay.thatweasel.tv/videos/No_Stopsigns.wmv

That was the first actual skinning I did and as you see it turned out retarded XD It was just for fun though anyway :)

For more retarded (but slightly better) skinning check this:
http://pigswillpay.thatweasel.tv/videos/Necrosis_highres.wmv (For the lorez version replace the final bit with Necrosis_lowres.wmv

As well as http://pigswillpay.thatweasel.tv/videos/solaris.wmv

For professional quality modelling and skins, not done by me of course, check
this one: http://pigswillpay.thatweasel.tv/videos/Zen.wmv

The skins that are clearly not professional looking are of course mine XD There are more of course but the rest are forcused on modding (What I was mainly focused on) eather then skinning. If you have any interest at all let me know and I'll post the links ;)
