This requires model edit.
Basically, you need to do two things:

1. Open the Bloodlust model and then Node Manager ( http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/war3-model-editor-62876/)
1a. Now you see some blue buttons with a white arrow.
Click on them and change the color in the color fields.

2. Now there is still red, isn't there ? That's because the texture is red.
Go to MPQ Browser, open W3 MPQ ( located in your wc3 directory), open
the foulder textures, press 'g' and search for a green texture ( Textures\Green_Star.blp or Textures\Green_Glow2.blp)
Open the Node Manager again and check the particle emitters, the blue icons with white arrows on them.
If they use a texture with Red_Glow in name, replace it with the green one you previously added as texture using 'Use as texture' when browsing the MPQ.
Now open the Material Manager, double click on the material, double click again and then change the Red_Glow to Green_Glow.

I attached the models. However, they use Green_Star and not Green_Glow.
So for a perfect model you can follow my messy instructions and learn
something for modding life.
Feel free to ask if don't understand a step or something.
