Changing the color of the "hidden" buttons

I'm working on a post to reveal my campaign. I've colored the headings in the post to be blue, to fit the theme. However, the buttons (see below) are colored green and don't appear to respond to "[COLOR]" codes. Is there a way to make this "Hide" button bluish:

That button up above that says "Hide"

Afraid not. Even if it reacted to the [color] code it would change the text color and not the background.
