Call off AI control of units

1. I have spawned units and ordered them to move attack to a location. But sometimes (when the health gets low or some other conditions I can't recognize) them go back to the location they initially spawned.
How to avoid AI from changing units' final destination?
2. AI towers and units always try to attack an enemy with lower health.
How to avoid AI from changing attack target?
3. In Dota maps, the computer player (the Sentinel and the Scourge) is blank. But in my map, if I put a unit whose player is closed, the unit will gone in game!
How to put player units If the player is closed?
