So I was googling for images of the Cookie monster I found this super pwnage pic:

I couldn't find a bigger and sharper image so I decided to resize it and "repaint" it.

Nope, not a filter. Used a hard 3 px square brush (initial direction on) with 100% opacity and did sample-brush-sample-brush-sample-brush etc.
