The story is entitled "The Ring"
Now if you're thinking that I based it in the movie "The Lord Of The Ring", the answer is no.
It revolves around a young commoner named Reece and a feisty assassin named Jade who both live in the world of Iadrovar in the continent of Iris. The continent is protected by a magical barrier called "The Ring". The Ring prevents anything or anyone who bears magic to enter into it.
