  • Oh, I thought you know that I'm a mod already. Anyway, working on my project The Cataclysm even thought it's pretty much slow.
Sorry for the late response, I was kinda busy recently.

Thanks for asking, I am doing fine. Working as a writer for a project atm.

How about you? Still doing well?
Oh I see then, that is certainly great. Good job and I might go and have a look at the thread again! :)
Really busy recently so I didn't have a chance to test my theories but I think it would work.
Regarding CSS, you need to copy the new map header custom code first. It is supposed to overwrite the old code too so don't forget that.

About your 2nd question, you can't do it like that. The object ID is in the form of ASCII, not normal strings so you can't just loop it like that.

Could you tell me how your upgrade works? There maybe alternative approaches.
For movement speed, no. Movement speed do not stack. You can set it to stackable but then it would screw up your map since boots will stack and boy that would be really bad.

I just added a way to catch the socket event in the newest update. You can then manipulate the trigger to achieve what you want.

I would love to show you a trigges example but I am using my phone :(
Thanks :) But will this hinder your progress?

How about this. You write all the custom scripts beforehand then when you import the system you only need to copy then to the Item Declaration trigger :D
Ah wait. Don't update yet. There is this one last thing I need to do. I never thought of implementing this but I have to now. If I don't do this my future Advanced Backpack System will not work properly with CSS.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yeh well in this new version I put a global integer called GemLevel. You can set an integer there and every items with level higher than that will be considered a gem.

In your case, just set it to 100.

Another change is to avoid collision between my system and SimError.
Hey. I am thinking of coding a backpack system that doesn't use a dummy unit. What features do you think it should have?
    That's fine. ^_^
Some suggestions tho, bump your thread every 2 days if there haven't been any posts. It helps alot.

Also, try experimenting with BB-codes! They can make a thread look really nice.
The plain boxes and tables are nice, but some extra effects make a huge difference.

It looks cool tho, keep it up! :)
That's very nice updates, bro. Are you gonna release ALPHA maps for users to play and give feedbacks on?
Solved your problem visit your thread and not meant to break or bribing REP but I suggest you give REP to those who help you but its your complete decision if you want. :)
