Here's brief description of the skin:

Hailing from the noble and fair city of Lordaeron, the Golden Cavalier is a honourable human warrior. Clad in golden plate armour with chainmail leggings, a golden-black leather facemask and brandishing a large, ivory and gold warhammer, the Golden Cavalier truly is a warrior to behold and be feared.

This skin replaces the standard Warcaft III RoC Arthas skin. It has NO team color, which is one of its downfalls (and advantages, if you're looking for that sort of skin.)
