My second attempt at freehand icon making.

I used tips from my first icon to make a better icon, this time, the image is focused at the head and i added a simple background.
Plz credit if used and plz give feedback!

Due to a request i Zoomed in AGAIN. The preview is bugged so again, plz download before commenting.

I see only 'Stop' sign on some branch with dead bird-head on the bottom of sign. Also, icon is too dark.

Well, if you want a "Staff of Police Signs" then sure, but i guess what you see as the "sign" is just an orb with dark energy swirling around it.

Add proper shading then and add details, currently its looks 2D flat sign, not a 3D sphere or orb, so, rework ir.
