Make some-sort of background, this seems too simple.

As everyone else has said, add some kind of background.
Also maybe make the wand bigger or more defined, and get rid of the lens flare bubbles or remove the whole lens flare (lens flares don't look to good) and add another kind of lightning/glow to it.
