Hey everyone,

Wanted to share some updates regarding WC3Tracker and how the platform currently handles Warcraft III game tracking.

We now operate our own personal API infrastructure for live gamelist collection.

A big part of this system is a dedicated Warcraft III bot account named WC3Tracker that some of you may have already noticed sitting in the custom game player list. The bot continuously monitors the live game list and retrieves updates every time changes occur. Those updates are then sent directly into our own backend API infrastructure for processing and tracking.

This gives us:

• Faster gamelist updates
• Better reliability
• More consistent live game visibility
• Greater control over uptime and data quality

In addition to the primary bot system, we also maintain multiple fallback APIs and backup sources in case Blizzard services, external APIs, or the bot itself encounter issues. The goal is to keep WC3Tracker operational and accurate even during outages or unexpected failures.

A lot of work has gone into making the tracking more stable, scalable, and independent over time.

More updates are coming soon, including improvements to statistics, player data, and overall tracking accuracy.

UI / UX Updates​

We have also been heavily reworking the frontend and overall user experience of WC3Tracker.

Reworked Pages​

• Player Stats page fully redesigned
• Map Stats page completely reworked
• Improved layouts and cleaner information presentation
• Better use of space and more useful statistics
• Smoother animations and transitions across the site

New Tabs & Features​

Several new tabs and data views have been added to improve navigation and make information easier to explore.

The goal is to make WC3Tracker feel less like a raw statistics page and more like a polished modern platform for Warcraft III players, map developers, and communities.
