Customize Tile Pathability Doesn't Work

After i changed by PC, i've had an issue with the UMSWE tool in the Jassnewgen5d editor. I'm unable to make certain tiles unwalkable.

I've tried a bunch of things, i copied a version of the jassnewgen from my brothers computer that works perfectly on his, but just not mine.

Every time i attempt to change tile pathability i get this plug in error.

I hope someone knows how to solve this.

Software: Windows 7 64-bit

Old pc was 7 32-bit
