Way gate problems

I want to make a waygate begin working after a research is made for it... like it will not teleport till you have activated and upgraded that research. Ive tried many things but i cant seem to get it to work can some one give me a screen shot of the trigger i need to make to do so?

Make 2 units of that waygate
1 with the ability of teleporting, 1 is for just for the look at it (no teleport ability, remove it)
Place the waygate in the map
And after it research, REPLACE the waygate with the waygate-teleport-ability unit into the map =D
