Yes. It is coming along very slowly though. It will likely use the systems used in the battleships RPG. It is actually one map divided into 5/7, 1/3 for the RPG, and 4-6(depending on how bad it lags) used for Helms Deep, Minas Tirith, a generic village raid and a caravan protection game.
