i want to report this icon:

this icon was made by cnp the wc3 frost orb into photoshop and using the glowing edges filter. I tested it and the results was incredible alike the one uploaded and approved in hive.

Please remove this icon from the icon section and reply to the icon creator that it isn't allowed to do it.
