Hi there!
Gaia's Retaliation crashes unless you set your graphical settings to high (detail and lights I believe it was, doesn't matter which just set everything to the highest and the resolution to your computer screens).

Also game client version should be up to date. If none of these suggestions work you can ask for help in the forums here.
