i need serious help and this is a very difficult project!

ok this is my idea! i want 2 differant terrians. 1 part of the is the top and the other part is the bottom. when you are on top level you can only see the top level on the minimap and you can't scroll over into the other half. and vise versa for the bottom half. i know this is difficult but i have seen it done.
thank you for your time and any help you can provide.
