Removing Stop Button Hotkey?

Hey
I have a question about the General moving abbilities.
I need the S hotkey for a spell in my Map, but if I press it the Stop button gets activated and nothing else happens than that the Unit stops instantly.

Is there a possibility to change the Hotkey for the Stop button?
Or probably remove the Abbility from my hero?

Anyone correct if i'm wrong, but i think you cannot retrieve the stop cutton from your unit because it's not an ability. I have checked the gameplay constants and Interface and couldn't find a way to change that, sorry for not being able to help!!1
