Hello everybody!

I would like to modify the units. I have a .w3u file but I want the changes I made to apply to the campaign where do I put the .w3u file? Or what do I have to do? Thank you for you help:grin:! I am new to the editor.

? You don't modify the object files directly. You open the map in the world editor. Then open the object editor. There you can make any modifications you want. After your done, save the map. Then any unit-modifications will apply to the map.

Thank you for your help but that isn't exactly what I wanted to do.
I know how to make the modification itself but how can I apply it the campaign? That was my question.

Thank you for your help!

if you want to edit in any way a default campaign you will have to open it from its warcraft .mpq folder, using particular tools which you can even find in this site, and then you can edit everything using the world editor. Just open the map of the campaign where you want your unit to be placed then copy your unit from its original map and paste it there.

Thank you for you help!
