Map bounds

Why mini map shows some other parts of minimap when I change map bounds into a little place

I'm not sure if I understood correctly but...

If you are using triggers to "Set camera bounds" to some region, the minimap will still show the whole map.

If this is the case, then I suggest creating your own minimap image and importing it with the path war3mapmap.tga (must be in .tga format and have 256x256 dimensions to work)

you understood correctly but there must be a another solution
too many games use map bounds I didnt see map image or a problem in them (example: pyramid escape)

What's wrong with just using Modify Map Bounds/Camera bounds in this case? Anyway, you could always export all your triggers and objects to a map of a different size.

The minimap image (war3mapMap.blp) is stored in the map's MPQ and doesn't change ingame. (Other than, of course, black shading and color blotches, for fog of war and units respectively)

so you say first add black mask to whole map then change bounds ?
anyway I will use this as in Pyramid Escape
Temporary zoom in to a specify region
and hide unused parts of map even if you type iseedeadpeople cheat
or use maphack

No, Need_O2.

I said that black mask is one of the only things that actually appears on the minimap. It's mostly an imported picture.
