limits

whats the limit on:
Units?
Doodads?
Triggers?
and anything else i may be missing?

I don't know the limits for units, I never hit that high if there is one.

Doodads were around 10,000 or something, don't quite remember.

I don't know if there even is a limit to triggers.

No unit limits i know of.

Map isn't saved... I think... It's been like 20 patches since the last time I exceeded doodadlimit.

You can edit the already existing doodads/items/units to not break the limit?

Those limits are limits about INSTANCES of those objects... You can maybe have 100000 custom destructibles, but you can only place 6000 on your map at the same time.

You can break the limit, by placing the doodads after the map has started (0.01 seconds into game time). Well, i was told you could.

Yes, that's true. You can't create doodads though (although you can simulate this by creating destructibles). Still, the majority of the terraining usually needs to be done in the editor and can't be easily triggered. But in those cases, I think WE newgen can extend those limits.
