Level five - can't get past it with creeps

Alright, I've made a small RPG and I posted it on the site. A moderator told me that it wasn't approved because there was a bug. The bug was that you couldn't gain experience for your hero AFTER level five. It causes major problems because you have to be level six to get out of a certain area. The two heroes I have are a Beastmaster and a Pitlord. I put two models on them and they work perfectly. I'm thinking that maybe it is a certain stat with the two heroes. Can anyone help me?

Are you placing Neutral Creeps? If so, your problem is the fact that you cannot gain XP past level 5, unless you tweak a few things.

Yes, it's a gameplay constant. You can change those in Advanced--Gameplay Constants--Hero section.

Would it be "Hero Maximum XP Gain Range" ?
