importing error pls help

hi all I have a question why when I do every thing here https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32237
and when I restart my world editor I go to "art - model file" I cant use the import model I mean I cant press the "o" to use an imported model I did every thing there 2 times and read the questions and answers but still nothing pls help!!! thank you

please tell us what model it is about and provide screenshots because i for one have no idea where the problem is...

that model requires the skin, therefore you must upload the skin into your map
