Error problem on my map

I've been working on this map for about 8 monthes makin sure it was up to snuff to submit as my first map and all of the sudden...BOOM ERROR! Main map file could not be opened! ZOMG! I can no longer open it in my world editor...Is there ANY WAY around this or to un-corrupt (so to speak) this map? all help greatly appreciated!!! ty all!

check if you have a manual backup, if not look at the backup wc3 makes(if you have set it in WE) should be called test or something..

and if you added a model, then maybe the model is corrupt, you should always keep a backup of your work.

Would it still create the test file if i used WEU to create the map?

Um..well WEU isnt as Stable as the normal WE, and im not sure about that....

There is soooooo many of these kind of post (help me my map has F-ed up and ZOMG get it back or else)

Simply back data up to avoid data lose!
Also it is entirly your fault you did not back up your data and used a third party editor like WEU which is known to have a chance to damage a map.

dumb. i use weu to but i backup my map every 10 minutes.
